The traditional approach of cyclical surveys, lifecycle refurbishments and re – decorations lends itself to a continually deteriorating spaces that can look tired and uninspiring.
We are different because we adopt a similar philosophy to fabric as we do for services PPM ( Planned Preventative Maintenance). In this regards we assess each aspect of the buildings fabric , determine condition, construction, any listing requirements, use of the environment, life cycle, budgets and client expectations.
We then develop specific regimes to continually repair and maintain to an exemplary standard. In this way your facades , spaces, fixtures and features always look , clean, fresh and inspiring.
